Invoices and charges are paid through the secure Worldpay payment link included in the email we send you. Pay by debit or credit card, or with Klarna where available.
Klarna is subject to eligibility and is offered by Klarna at checkout.
NUCAS membership billing
Memberships are billed monthly. Once your home has agreed its plan, we'll email you a secure Worldpay link to set up your payment. There's nothing to pay upfront here.
Private emergency calls
A private emergency call is £381.00 inc. VAT. Never delay calling us to arrange payment. We'll send you a secure payment link after the call.
Paying by payment link
Received a link from us?
For hospital return transport and other charges, we may send you a secure payment link by email or text. Those links open Worldpay's secure payment page with the amount already filled in. Always check the page address is a worldpay.com address before entering card details.
