When you submit our enquiry form we collect your name, role, organisation, email address, telephone number, the number of registered beds and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to set up and manage your membership.
Our enquiry form is not intended for resident or patient information. Please do not include health details in the form or in WhatsApp messages.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to you and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to us by our form processing provider (Web3Forms). The website is hosted by Cloudflare. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your message is also processed by WhatsApp (Meta). We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for up to [24 months] unless you become a customer, in which case it is kept in line with our records retention policy.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first.
