The Northamptonshire Urgent Care Admissions Service gives your care home direct access to experienced clinicians who can assess, treat and, when it's clinically right, transport your residents.
What's included
When a resident becomes unwell, waiting for help can be distressing for them and stretch your staff. NUCAS members can call our clinical line 24/7 for advice, and we send a Paramedic or Advanced Clinical Practitioner when a response is needed.

How it works
Choose Standard or Advanced membership, priced per occupied resident or per registered bed.
When a resident is unwell or has fallen, your staff call us any time, day or night.
A clinician assesses the situation by phone and, when needed, sends a Paramedic or ACP to your home.
Residents are treated in place where safe, transported when clinically indicated, or escalated to higher care.
